At Gloria, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on items that are:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via phone or email. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used perfumes due to hygiene reasons.
